Getting started with GyaniX

GyaniX designs, delivers and scores skills assessments and keeps the results as evidence in each person's private Skills Passport. It covers professional and everyday skills, from accounting and software to home cooking and tailoring. Anyone can start with a free Free Basic Assessment.

Who does what

Organisations create and assign assessments. Candidates and individuals take them. Every question is checked before use: GyaniX library questions in an evidence-based AI review (labelled 'AI-generated and AI-reviewed — not independently expert-validated'), and an organisation's own questions by its subject experts (SMEs). GyaniX provides intelligence; people make consequential decisions.

First steps for an organisation

1) Create an assessment with the Assessment Architect. 2) Invite a candidate, or upload a CSV of candidates. 3) Open the report once the candidate has finished.
