Five steps from credits to results

  1. Create your workspace and buy credits

    Create a GyaniX account, confirm your e-mail address, then create your company workspace from My GyaniX. Choose a credit package. Its price, validity and refund terms are shown before you buy; credits activate once payment is confirmed.

  2. Choose an assessment and its purpose

    Pick from the published catalogue or your own assessments, and say whether it is for hiring, development or learning. Library assessments are AI-reviewed, so they can be assigned for development or learning only. One credit pays for one person's attempt; the credit type is shown before you assign it.

  3. Invite people

    Invite candidates or employees one at a time, or many at once from a CSV file. Each invitation reserves one credit.

  4. They take the assessment

    Candidates accept the invitation and, for a proctored assessment, agree to the monitoring before they start. Credits are used when the candidate starts.

  5. Read results and reports

    Track progress, read each person's skill-by-skill result and report, and compare people who took the same assessment.

What the results can and cannot tell you

A GyaniX result is evidence of knowledge on one assessment. Use it alongside interviews, work samples and references, not instead of them.
  • Published library assessments are AI-generated and AI-reviewed; none is expert-validated yet
  • So they are not validated for hiring decisions: GyaniX lets you assign them for development or learning only, and refuses them in a hiring campaign
  • Each skill result shows how many questions it is based on
  • Comparisons with other people appear only when enough comparable results exist

How credits work

  • Activated after payment

    Credits activate only once your payment is confirmed. The package, validity and refund terms are shown before you buy.

  • Valid for 12 months

    Every purchased batch of credits is valid for 12 months from the day it is activated.

  • Earliest expiry used first

    When you assign an assessment, credits from the batch that expires soonest are used first.

  • One credit per attempt

    One credit pays for one person's attempt at one assessment. Library, own-content and AI-generated assessments use separate credit types, each priced separately; you see which type before you assign.

  • Reserved, then used

    Inviting someone reserves one credit. It is used when the person starts, and released if the assessment is never started.

  • Transfers keep their expiry

    Credits moved between accounts keep their original expiry date; moving credits never extends them.

Consent, and who receives the results

Candidate consent

The invitation names your company. Before a proctored assessment starts, the candidate is told what is monitored (camera face presence, leaving the tab or full screen, pasting) and must agree. Without consent the assessment does not start.

Who receives the results

  • Results of an assessment your company assigns are kept in your company's workspace. There, only colleagues whose role includes viewing results (such as administrators, recruiters, hiring managers and auditors) can open them; a team manager can also see results for people in the teams they manage.
  • Other organisations cannot open them. If your account was set up by a GyaniX partner, the partner sees your credits and the status of each invitation; it sees candidate names and headline scores only if your administrator allows it, and never answers or full reports.
  • The candidate sees their own report, unless your company holds it back. The invitation names your company.
  • GyaniX's platform administrators can access results to run, support and secure the service.
  • If a certificate is issued, anyone with its number or QR code can check it: the person's name and GyaniX ID, the kind of certificate, the assessment, the date, whether it is valid, revoked or corrected, and the outcome of a Certificate of Achievement. Your company's name, scores and answers are never shown.

GyaniX shows comparisons with other people only when enough comparable results exist, and a person reviews any integrity flag before a conclusion is drawn. Decisions about people are made by people.
