Free Basic Assessment
- Always free: it never asks for payment or a card and never creates an order.
- About 8 beginner questions in 5–10 minutes, with a basic report and every correct answer explained.
- An optional Certificate of Appreciation for taking part. It is not a proficiency certificate.
Full assessments for individuals
- Each assessment in the catalogue shows its full price — base price and GST — on its page. Online payment opens soon; until then papers show “Not on sale yet” and cannot be bought.
- The price covers one attempt of one full assessment and the report described on its page. A retake is a new purchase and a new attempt.
- If most questions would repeat from your earlier attempt, a retake is not sold as a fresh measurement. You are offered a labelled practice attempt instead, priced like the paper, or free if an earlier attempt was paid for. You see this before you pay.
- If an employer, college or sponsor has paid for your assessment, you are not charged again.
- Prices are calculated by GyaniX's server and shown before payment; the page you are on can never change a price.
Referral codes: 10% off
A valid referral code gives 10% off the assessment base price, before GST, on individual assessments. One code per order; codes cannot be combined and do not apply to credit packages or institutional purchases.

Free Basic Assessments stay free. AI-generated assessments will be offered only when generation is running; they are not on sale today. No payment-gateway fee is added to these prices.
Schools and colleges
- 1–24 students: 0% off
- 25–99 students: 5% off
- 100–249 students: 10% off
- 250–499 students: 12.5% off
- 500–999 students: 15% off
- 1,000–2,499 students: 17.5% off
- 2,500 students or more: 20% off
The discount applies to school assessments bought by schools and college assessments bought by colleges, before GST. It cannot be combined with referral or promotional codes. Credits are added after the payment is confirmed, are valid for 12 months and come with a GST tax invoice.

The breakdown lists every charge you pay. Prices are read from the catalogue and are the same at checkout; the exact amount for each paper is on its page.
GST, receipts and refunds
- GST is shown as a separate line before you pay, and on your receipt.
- Your receipt shows the payer's name and e-mail, the amount, taxes and the payment reference.
- If you have not started a paid assessment, you can ask for a refund. Once started, it cannot be refunded, except where the law requires or a fault on our side stopped you finishing.
- If a payment is taken twice, the duplicate is refunded in full.

Companies and partners: prepaid credits
Activated after payment
Credits activate only once your payment is confirmed. The package, validity and refund terms are shown before you buy.
Valid for 12 months
Every purchased batch of credits is valid for 12 months from the day it is activated.
Earliest expiry used first
When you assign an assessment, credits from the batch that expires soonest are used first.
One credit per attempt
One credit pays for one person's attempt at one assessment. Library, own-content and AI-generated assessments use separate credit types, each priced separately; you see which type before you assign.
Reserved, then used
Inviting someone reserves one credit. It is used when the person starts, and released if the assessment is never started.
Transfers keep their expiry
Credits moved between accounts keep their original expiry date; moving credits never extends them.
- Credits come in separate types — for GyaniX library assessments, for your own organisation's assessments and for AI-generated assessments — each priced and shown separately.
- A licence covers your organisation's workspace, people, roles and included reporting; credits pay for attempts.
- Expired credits cannot be used or refunded. Credits held for an assessment you assigned before they expired stay usable for that assessment.
- A paid pack can be refunded in full only while all of its credits are unused, not held for assigned assessments and not expired.
- Package prices, volume discounts and partner discounts are agreed with GyaniX; resale terms for partners are agreed in advance.
AI-generated personalised assessments
They will cost the category price plus 25%. AI-generated assessments will be labelled as personalised and not expert-validated, will not appear in rankings or benchmarks, and will always show a quote before purchase. They are not available to buy yet.
